Technical data Maritime Pine

Please order your Maritime Pine floorboards at least 3 weeks before you are ready to lay the floor



When you receive your timber:

  • Unwrap the wood from the protective packaging immediately.

  • Store the wood in the room you plan to lay the floor in.

  • This room must be totally DRY and the heat should be very low.

  • Every few days, 'shuffle' the planks.

  • Leave the wood for at least two weeks like this before laying.

  • Follow laying instructions as given with each pack.

  • Introduce heat VERY gradually.



    • Wood is a living, breathing organism - like a human. It does not like to be subjected to extremes of temperature, and will not tolerate damp.
